Congratulation to the New Kitebuggy (Cl8) European Champions
Annika Grab (Germany) and John Jansen (Netherlands)
here are the Kitebuggy Class 8 results:
We are going to have our European Championship under FISLY-rules in September in North Germany, exactly from the 16th to the 25th of September 2009. It will take place in St. Peter Ording, that’s on the tip of an peninsula at the west coast (North sea) of Schleswig-Holstein, North Germany (2 hours to drive from Hamburg).
We hope that we will have this time starters from different continents and not only from Europe.
The maximum amount of starters of Class 8 is 80. , Class 2,3,S,5 and Promo 54 each.
We, the GPA and YCSPO, have decided that countries with national series can announce 10 pilots of Cl8 and 12 other Classes. (the best from the ranking list of 2009) and as well the 10 best ladies (do you have?).
Other countries can announce 5 pilots each. The most important thing is that they have little experience in racing so that they feel save on course - just a matter of safety.
To be able to organize all nations we beg you to announce one spokesman (Team Captain) from each country for the communication. We will give information to these spokesmen and they have to spread it under and coordinate the participating national pilots.
First of all we just want to know the country who wants to participate and the number of pilots who like to come (may be with names and if possible ranking position).
Please mail for Cl8 to kitebuggy@landsailing-em2009.de
for all other classes landyacht@landsailing-em2009.de.
As far as we know the number of participating nations We will tell you the number of pilots per nation and send you a file for the official notification of the pilots.
We promise it will be a big fun.
